By becoming a 4MAT Certified Trainer you become part of an elite team who can coach and mentor others in using the 4MAT system at your workplace, but best of all, as new team members come on board you can deliver our training simply and easily on-site! Trainer certification will assist you to sharpen and hone your own skills while developing those of your colleagues.

You will be able to:

• Better coordinate the use of 4MAT throughout your organisation
• Refine and evaluate 4MAT plans, seminars and workshops
• Facilitate Mastering Training Design or the 4MAT Education Training to other team members in your business or work site.
• Access leader and participant guides to other 4MAT developed workshops
