Mastering Training Design

This course is developed to assist trainers and learning and development professionals in the adult learning and corporate sector to use the 4MAT method for instructional design to develop dynamic workshops and training packages.

This program is a five day training program, usually offered in a 3 day + 2 day format. By the end of day three, participants leave this training with an original training session designed using the 8 step 4MAT system, but more importantly they gain insight into how to assess the quality of any training design. Delivered in an intimate workshop mode by a skilled facilitator, you receive individual attention over the 5 days to support your learning needs.

4MAT Training Program for Education

With 4MAT training, you’ll discover a simple, open-ended method for teaching the range of learning styles in your class. It is a model that helps differentiate instruction by addressing the many ways that students learn. The 4MAT design system also provides a structure for integrating the Quality Teaching Model practices into the classroom.

You can ensure sustainability of the 4MAT processes and be confident that future team members remain well versed in the model by training key members of your staff as Certified 4MAT Trainers. This will allow your staff to deliver our training in house, to continue the gains made by using 4MAT without having to continue to engage an external consultant.
